Donald 'Tony' Franklin II - Chairman
Tony is a retired General Manager from the Intel Corporation within the Internet of Things Group. He has managed businesses with revenues up to 500 million dollars and was responsible for the profitability and growth of the Embedded Segments group that spans multiple vertical technology markets. He has more than 20 years of corporate entrepreneurial, business development and product management experience. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and MBA from the University of South Carolina. Tony and his wife Florence have one son, Donald III.
Brian Johnson - Vice Chairman
Dr. Brian K. Johnson is CEO of BAJA Inc, based in Accra, Ghana with specialties in gold-mining, entertainment, education, agriculture and healthcare. Johnson also serves as Chairman of the Board for Sesi-Edem Gold Mining in Accra. A higher education professional with over 35 years of administrative experience, Johnson has served as a community college president in Maryland and Pennsylvania. He is CEO of Advance Higher Ed, a consulting firm in Tempe.
Ed Williams - Secretary
Ed Williams is a Managing Director at Berkadia, where his expertise is financing Healthcare and Seniors Housing communities nationwide. Over nearly 25 years in real estate finance, he has underwritten and closed more than $3 billion in seniors housing and multifamily transactions over his career. Before joining Berkadia, Ed was integral in building and led an FHA lending platform at a large regional bank. He previously served as Chief Underwriter and Co‑Head of HUD for a publicly traded real estate finance company, and began his career as a real estate analyst at a boutique lender in Baltimore, MD.
Ed holds a B.A. in Finance from Capital University and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona. He is active in several service‑oriented organizations and serves on multiple nonprofit boards. He lives in Phoenix with his wife Leslie, and they have two young adult daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Roderick L. Wilson - Treasurer
Roderick L. Wilson is a proven leader in Business Transformation, Lean, Process Improvement and Design. He has a passion for identifying the obstacles that prevent organizations from meeting their goals and developing solutions that drive quantifiable results. Rod has over 20 years of business experience in the manufacturing, service and financial industries. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Rod is currently the Consulting Services Director at NTT Data Services leading consulting services activity for a Top 4 U.S. Bank focused on developing optimized future state processes and building value added business solutions that drive tangible business benefit. He earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from NC A&T State University and resides in the Phoenix area with his wife, Dr. Stacia Kyle Wilson.
Since moving to the Phoenix area in 2001, Rod has been very active in the community and lent his support to many organizations. He is currently on the board of directors for the Aggie Gentz Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose sole purpose is to provide tuition and financial support to current students at North Carolina A&T State University. Rod has also served on the board of directors for the Goodwill of Central Arizona. He provides philanthropic support to United Way, Black Family Child Services and Tempe Union High School District.
Tobin Daily - Director
Tobin L. Daily is the Human Resources Manager for the City of Phoenix Police Department, which employs 4000 employees. Tobin is a seasoned and dedicated HR professional who has spent 23 years working in municipal government for the City of Phoenix in various HR roles. Tobin formerly spent more than 5 years as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Phoenix Fire Department, and prior to that handled HR responsibilities for the Aviation Department at Sky Harbor International Airport. Tobin holds a BS in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, and an MBA from Arizona State University. He has also held professional HR certifications from the Human Resources Standard Institute and the Society for Human Resources Management. Outside of his professional duties, Tobin spent nearly a decade volunteering for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Valley, as mentor and facilitator for their annual Youth of Year (YOY) program which recognized the outstanding accomplishments of YOY candidates from each of the club locations in the Phoenix area. Tobin is a native Phoenician and currently resides in Glendale, AZ. He is the proud father of one daughter, Olivia.
Javara Perrilliat - Director
Javara Perrilliat is the President for the West Division for QXO. In this role he leads ~ 1,000 teammates and has full P&L responsibilities for ~ $1.2 billion in sales. QXO is the largest publicly traded distributor of roofing, waterproofing, and complementary building products in North America. The company plans to become the tech-enabled leader in the $800 billion building products distribution industry and generate outsized value for shareholders. QXO is targeting $50 billion in annual revenues within the next decade through accretive acquisitions and organic growth.

Kearney, a global consulting firm with the mission to help the world’s leading corporations gain and sustain competitive advantage, and achieve profound, tangible results. Javara has over nine years of experience in providing management consulting services across multiple industries.
Myles Lynk III - Director
Myles Link III - Myles Lynk, Emeritus Professor of Law at Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and Dean of the Emeritus College, has been honored with the 2025 Outstanding Service Award from the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation for his exceptional advocacy for civil rights. Throughout his distinguished career, Lynk has served on the ABA Board of Governors, chaired multiple committees including Ethics and Professional Responsibility, and pushed to add discrimination and sexual harassment to the Model Rules of Professional Conduct as forms of misconduct. Before joining ASU in 2000, he was a partner at a national law firm in Washington D.C., served on the White House Domestic Policy Staff during the Carter Administration, and clerked for Judge Damon J. Keith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Lynk's numerous accolades include the Faculty of the Year Award from ASU, the Arizona Black Bar Association's Excellence in Diversity Award, and the ABA's Spirit of Excellence Award.
Jomar Jenkins - Director
Jomar Jenkins is the President of Big Blue Marble Academy (BBMA), a leading provider of early childhood education with 91 schools across nine states, bringing nearly two decades of experience in strategic growth, organizational development, and mergers and acquisitions. Most recently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Mosaic Dental Collective, Jenkins previously led a national early childhood education operator through 60 acquisitions and expanded their footprint by more than 180 schools. He currently chairs the Board of Directors for J.P. Industries, Inc., which has empowered thousands of individuals with disabilities through employment and job training opportunities. Jenkins joins CEO Jeff Wahl's leadership team as BBMA positions itself for sustainable growth while maintaining its commitment to educational excellence and improving outcomes for children across the United States.
Milton A. Coleman - Director
Milton Coleman is a retired executive with 35 years’ experience in Engineering Mgmt. and Process Risk Mgmt. Milt holds a M.S. from Univ. of Southern California. He is a published author in the Intel Technology Journal. Post retirement he earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from UCLA. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Milt resides in Chandler, AZ with his wife Adrienne. They are the proud parents of two adult sons; Jordan (Chicago., IL) and Andrew (Gilbert, AZ).
